At The AI Humanizer (hosted at theaihumanizer.app), engineered and operated by MONAA Systems and Research ("we", "our", or "us"), your privacy is protected by mathematical design and default architecture.
Our platform transforms synthetic machine-generated draft text using patent-pending stochastic cadence modulation (Application No. 202631119222). Unlike conventional online writing tools and AI wrappers, our infrastructure is built on two inviolable architectural guarantees:
- Zero User Text Retention: We process your drafts 100% in volatile RAM and immediately flush them upon response completion.
- Zero AI/ML Model Training: Your text submissions, personal data, and Google account information are never used to train, evaluate, or tune any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
- Air-Gapped Core Engine: Our mathematical cadence engine operates without third-party network egress or external AI API calls.
2. Google User Data Accessed via Google Sign-In
The AI Humanizer offers optional authentication via Google Sign-In (Google OAuth 2.0 / Firebase Authentication) to allow you to seamlessly activate your daily free 5,000 words allowance and manage top-up word pools.
We request strictly minimal, non-sensitive standard Google OAuth scopes (openid, email, profile). We access only the following specific Google user data:

We do NOT request, access, or read Google Drive files, Google Docs, Gmail messages, contacts, calendar entries, location records, or any sensitive or restricted scopes.
3. How Google User Data Is Used
We access and process your Google user data strictly for necessary, user-facing application features:
- Account Registration & Authentication: Establishing your unique user profile and issuing secure, cryptographically signed session tokens (HMAC-SHA256 with AUTH_SECRET).
- Quota Enforcement: Enforcing the generous 5,000 words daily free allowance (Month 1 launch perk) and calculating nightly cycle resets at 12:01 AM IST.
- Word Pass & Balance Crediting: Securely binding purchased top-up word pools (e.g., 20,000 words) and unlimited subscription passes (Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual) to your authentic Google account.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: Guarding against rate-limit circumvention, automated bot abuse, and payment replay intercepts.
4. Explicit AI & Machine Learning Model Training Prohibition
The AI Humanizer strictly affirms that user drafts, input texts, transformed documents, and Google user data are NEVER used to train, retrain, fine-tune, distill, evaluate, or improve generalized, foundation, or non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
Our platform does not build or maintain generalized language models. Transformations are performed via deterministic mathematical algorithms (Zipfian frequency realignment, Fibonacci 1:3:1 sentence length distribution, and Shannon entropy modulation). We do not train proprietary models, nor do we partner with or sell data to third parties to train their models.
The AI Humanizer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Ephemeral Zero Text Retention & Volatile RAM Architecture
When you submit text, Word documents (.docx), or text files to The AI Humanizer:
- RAM-Only Ephemeral Lifecycle: The text is processed entirely in volatile server memory.
- Zero Disk Persistence: Your raw text and transformed outputs are never written to server disk or persistent databases.
- Immediate Memory Overwrite: Once the HTTP response containing your humanized text is dispatched to your browser, all memory allocations holding your document are immediately de-referenced and purged by our garbage collection and 3-pass zeroing routines.
- Retention Duration: Exactly 0 seconds after the response stream completes.
6. Third-Party Sharing & Prohibition on Data Sale
We maintain an absolute, legally binding commitment regarding data commercialization:
Google user data, personal account details, and document drafts are NEVER sold, rented, leased, traded, or shared with data brokers, advertisers, advertising networks, marketers, credit scoring agencies, or data aggregators under any circumstances.
Data transmission occurs solely with the following essential infrastructure processors strictly under contract:
- Google Identity & Firebase Auth: Authentication provider validating your Google OAuth token.
- Payment Processors (Razorpay & Lemon Squeezy): For user-initiated purchases, payments are processed directly under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We store only order completion metadata, never credit card numbers.
- Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure & Cloudflare): Ephemeral execution environment and edge network caching with strict encryption in transit (TLS 1.3).
7. Data Retention Periods & Account Deletion Protocol
We retain account-level data (your email address, quota balance, and payment order receipts) solely for as long as your account remains active.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account, quota history, and any associated identifiers at any time.

SLA: We process verified deletion requests within 48 business hours, irreversibly purging your account records from our dual-bucket ledger.
8. International Legal & Regulatory Compliance
The AI Humanizer is engineered to uphold the highest global data privacy standards:
- India DPDP Act 2023: Full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We act as a responsible Data Fiduciary adhering to purpose limitation and minimal collection.
- European Union GDPR: Compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. EU residents retain rights to access, rectification, portability, and erasure under Articles 15–20. Legal basis: Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b)) for service fulfillment.
- United States FERPA & Student Privacy: Because we enforce zero text retention, student submissions, essays, and theses are never stored, protecting students under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
- California CCPA/CPRA: We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by California Civil Code § 1798.140.
