1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The AI Humanizer (accessible at https://theaihumanizer.app). By accessing, viewing, creating an account, authenticating via Google Sign-In, or submitting drafts to the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and MONAA Systems and Research ("MONAA", "we", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Service Description & Technology

The AI Humanizer is an institutional-grade linguistic refinement system engineered for the study and optimization of syntactic entropy, Zipfian word frequency distribution, and mathematical cadence restructuring (Patent-Pending 1:3:1 Fibonacci Architecture, Application No. 202631119222).

The platform operates on a 100% ephemeral in-memory RAM engine with cryptographic invariant protection, ensuring that references, technical formulas, Markdown formatting, citation tags, and code blocks remain mathematically intact without modification.

3. Academic Honor Code & Legal Benchmark Notice

You agree to use The AI Humanizer solely as an assistive editorial tool in full compliance with all applicable university, institutional, and employer policies regarding generative artificial intelligence and authorship attribution.

4. User Accounts & Google OAuth Authentication

You may access the platform anonymously for initial exploration or register an account via Google Sign-In or email registration to unlock your daily free quota and purchase word top-ups or passes.

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account and any session credentials. Session tokens are signed using cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 (AUTH_SECRET).
• Prohibited Actions: You may not automate account creation, scrape endpoints, bypass rate limiters, or engage in credential stuffing or payment interception attacks.
• Age Requirement: You represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

5. Quotas, Passes, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Our platform operates under transparent usage rules:

• Daily Free Quota: Authenticated accounts receive an elevated 5,000 words daily free allowance during the launch window, resetting nightly at 12:01 AM IST. Following the launch period, standard daily free quotas transition to 2,000 words/day. Free allowances do not accumulate or carry over across days.
• Micro Top-Up Passes (20,000 Words): Available in India & SEA for ₹39 (or ₹33.15 with .edu discount). Top-up word balances remain valid for 30 consecutive calendar days from purchase. In accordance with our strict no-rollovers policy, unused top-up words expire upon the 30-day window conclusion.
• Multi-Month Unlimited Passes: Semester (3 Months), Semi-Annual (6 Months), and Annual (12 Months) passes grant unlimited words throughout the active subscription period. Fixed validity applies with zero rollovers.
• Student (.edu) Discount: Verified .edu email accounts receive an automatic 15% discount across all passes and top-ups.
• Refund Policy: Because word passes and humanization compute allocations are intangible digital goods consumed immediately upon account crediting, all purchases are non-refundable once credited to your account balance, except in cases of verified duplicate payment gateway transactions or technical billing errors reported within 48 hours to contact@monaa.tech.

6. Intellectual Property & 100% User Output Ownership

Platform Intellectual Property: All software code, user interface styling, 1:3:1 cadence transformation algorithms, Zipfian distribution engines, cryptographic nonces, and patent-pending inventions (Application No. 202631119222) are the exclusive intellectual property of MONAA Systems and Research and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and international treaties. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate our proprietary algorithms.

7. Absolute Prohibition of AI Model Training on User Data

In full alignment with Google API User Data Policies and our foundational privacy principles:

MONAA Systems and Research explicitly agrees that your input text, documents, outputs, and Google user data are NEVER used to train, retrain, fine-tune, improve, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

All operations occur ephemerally in RAM and are permanently wiped immediately upon completion of the transformation request.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

While our patent-pending 1:3:1 cadence engine mathematically adjusts sentence entropy and burstiness ($C_v \ge 0.40$) to emulate natural human linguistic distributions, AI detection services (including Turnitin, GPTZero, CopyLeaks, and Winston AI) continuously modify their heuristic classifiers. We do not warrant that transformed text will remain immune to future, arbitrary classifier rule alterations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated drafts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MONAA Systems and Research, its affiliates, directors, officers, or developers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, academic standing, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability under any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or USD $20.00, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to the service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive personal and subject-matter jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India for the resolution of any dispute or claim arising under these Terms.
