3. Delivery Confirmation & Proof of Fulfillment

Upon successful payment processing via Razorpay or LemonSqueezy, electronic fulfillment is confirmed through the following mechanisms:

4. Troubleshooting & Delayed Delivery Resolution

In rare circumstances involving banking partner delays or intermittent network connectivity, digital delivery may experience a brief lag. Follow these resolution steps:

Step 1 — Studio Refresh & Auto-Sync:

Simply refresh https://theaihumanizer.app/. Our client-side synchronization engine automatically polls /api/user/balance with your verified email and reconciles any freshly confirmed transactions.

Step 2 — Direct Fulfillment Escalation:

If your credited words do not reflect within 10 minutes of payment debit, email contact@monaa.tech with your Razorpay Payment ID. Our technical support desk will manually credit your ledger account within 2 hours.

5. Plan Exchange & Upgrade Policy

Because our products are intangible digital compute allocations, physical goods exchanges do not apply. However, we provide flexible digital plan exchanges and upgrades:

  • Upgrading to Higher Tiers: Customers who purchase a smaller top-up pass (such as 20,000 words) and wish to upgrade to an Unlimited Monthly Pass or Multi-Month Researcher Bundle may do so at any time.
  • Balance Rollover Guarantee: When upgrading or renewing a plan, your previously accumulated top-up words never expire or disappear. They remain safely stored in your ledger's secondary top-up bucket alongside your active unmetered pass.
  • Exchange Inquiries: To request an account balance exchange or custom institutional seat reallocation, email contact@monaa.tech with your account details.
